Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), an Alaska Native regional corporation, announced the purchase of HABCO Industries, LLC (HABCO), a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in the design and production of support and test equipment for commercial and defense aviation.

Marking the third major acquisition for CIRI since 2024, HABCO maintains key partnerships with leading international aerospace companies including Boeing, Lockheed Martin (Sikorsky), RTX (Pratt and Whitney), and Engine Alliance through which they serve commercial, government and military clientele, adding to CIRI’s global business portfolio that currently exceeds $1 billion in assets.

Cook Inlet Region, Inc., also known as CIRI, is one of 12 land-based Alaska Native regional corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA).
