Karthik Kumar has an extensive background in mortgage lending, tech stack optimization, automation, fintech innovation, and digital transformation. Before establishing LendArch, he served as the Global Mortgage Practice Head at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he led solution architecture, operational delivery, and entity transformation for many of the top 50 mortgage global lenders and major industry players.

He currently serves as Founder & COO of LendArch, where he is steering the U.S. mortgage industry toward disruptive digital and cognitive solutions that simplify origination, reduce risk, and accelerate loan lifecycle performance.
