CCC Intelligent Solutions Holding Inc. Announces Transfer to NASDAQ

CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc. (“CCC” or the “Company”) (NYSE: CCCS) today announced that it will voluntarily transfer its common stock exchange listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Global Select Market (“NASDAQ”). CCC expects its common stock to commence trading as a NASDAQ-listed security upon market open on December 19, 2022. CCC’s common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol CCCS.
