24 Hour Home Care Expands into New Mexico with Family-owned Home Care Organization Inteli-Care, LLC

24 Hour Home Care is breaking into Medicaid personal care services to assist low-income residents in New Mexico with their caregiving needs

24 Hour Home Care, an award-winning home care company under TEAM Public Choices, today announced its partnership with New Mexico care organization Inteli-Care, LLC. Inteli-Care is a family-owned, in-home care services company serving low-income, disabled, and medically fragile New Mexicans and Veterans since 2003. Inteli-Care will be the 10th brand under parent company TEAM Public Choices, which now serves more than 40,000 clients and employs over 60,000 caregivers nationwide.

Inteli-Care services support the elderly and disabled populations by providing trained, compassionate caregivers who can assist with activities of daily living, all in the comfort of clients’ homes. The organization accepts Medicaid, Veterans benefits, private pay, and insurance for its services.

The business partnership was made effective on November 16, 2022, after a year of discussions to ensure each organization’s values were aligned. The companies realized a shared goal of putting people first and making a difference in the lives of others from the comfort of their own homes.

Founded by a husband and wife, Inteli-Care has grown to four locations across New Mexico, including Albuquerque, Santa Rosa, Socorro, and Santa Fe. It provides more than 500 clients with non-medical home care services and offers an option for clients to select their own caregivers. The care provider is compensated for the hours they work.

This is the first-time 24 Hour Home Care is expanding into New Mexico — it currently offers in-home care services for seniors across California and Arizona. 24 Hour Home Care is also a vendor with all 21 California regional centers where it provides person centered services to individuals with disabilities.

Inteli-Care will report up to 24 Hour Home Care, but will operate as an independent brand, meaning there will be no changes to their company name, personnel, or culture. Inteli-Care owners Mo and Rachel Vigil will continue in their respective roles as CEO and Executive Director going forward.
