Camping World Continues Expansion with the Acquisition of Ashley Outdoors in Salem, Alabama

Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH) (“Camping World”), America’s Recreation Dealer, today announced an agreement to acquire Ashley Outdoors, a family-owned RV Dealership, in Salem, Alabama. The acquisition is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2023 and will add to Camping World’s existing Alabama locations in Calera, Dothan, Anniston, and Robertsdale.

The dealership is located at 3141 Lee Road 179, Salem, AL, just off US Highway 280. The new SuperCenter will operate under the Camping World brand and offer a wide range of new and used RVs from top manufacturers in addition to a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories and the entire portfolio of Good Sam products and services.
