The transaction further strengthens HydrEra's position as a leading North American provider of modular and large-volume fluid storage solutions.

The acquisition materially expands HydrEra's North American fluid storage platform by combining two highly complementary vertical storage technologies, strengthening regional service density, and accelerating the company's ability to deliver integrated, large-scale modular storage solutions across key operating basins.
