Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation
On January 16, 2009, the Company executed an amendment to its Line of Credit
Agreement with a trust, among other things, increasing the Line of Credit by
$750,000.
Donald Anderson, a Trustee of the Trust, is a member of the Company's Board of
Directors and owns approximately 13% of the Company's Stock.
