Item 1.01. Entry into a material definitive agreement
On June 13, 2007, Alanco's StarTrak Systems subsidiary announced a long-term
purchase agreement with PLM Trailer Leasing for the purchase of ReeferTrak
monitoring and control systems with initial product deliveries expected to
exceed $1 million. A copy of the press release is attached.
