OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
On January 26, 2009, Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the
appointment of Deborah Thompson as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank of
Birmingham. Ms. Thompson has approximately 28 years of experience in the financial services
industry and has an undergraduate degree in accounting and a masters degree in corporate finance from Walsh College.
