ITEM 9. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On May 29, 2003, the Corporation announced an expansion of its bank credit facility and intent to repurchase a portion of its Senior Subordinated Notes. Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Corporation’s press release making such announcement.
