On December 1, 2005, American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Michael K. Simonte as vice president and chief financial officer effective January 1, 2006. Mr. Simonte currently serves as vice president & treasurer. He joined the Company in 1998.
