On October 21, 2003, Storage Technology Corporation (“StorageTek”) announced its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended September 26, 2003 in a Press Release, dated October 21, 2003, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
On October 21, 2003, StorageTek conducted its Third Quarter 2003 Financial Results Conference Call (the “Conference Call”) for the fiscal quarter ended September 26, 2003.
