Attached is the English translation of letter dated August 1, 2014, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
IRSA INVERSIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA
By letter dated August 1, 2014, the Company reported that it has acquired from Cresud SACIF Y A a plot of land of approximately 1,058 ha located in Lujan, Province of Buenos Aires for a total amount of ARS 210,000,000 (approx USD 24,000 per hectare), which have been already payed.
This land, given its development stage and proximity to the City of Buenos Aires, has a high urbanistic potential. This acquisition has the objective of a future real estate development.
The Audit Commitee has no objections towards this transaction and its report is available to all shareholders' in the Company's Headquarters.
