Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated July 2, 2013 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:

 
 
 
 

By letter dated July 2, 2013, the Company reported the sale and transfer to a non-related party three floors of offices (8,481 square meters) and 56 parking spaces of the Bouchard Plaza Office Building located in "Plaza Rome" in the City of Buenos Aires.
 
The total amount of the transaction was ARS 148,735,771.50 (equivalent to USD 27,620,384.68, approximately USD/sqm 3,250).
 
As of today the company received ARS 29,800,590 and the rest will be paid in installments ending September 30, 2013.
 
The gross result of the operation will be approximately ARS 107.6 million
