INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On November 25, 2010, DryShips Inc. (the "Company") entered into a waiver letter for its $230.0 million credit facility dated September 10, 2007, as amended, extending the waiver of certain covenants through December 31, 2010.
