Item 5.02.    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 13, 2012, the Compensation Committee (the "Compensation Committee") of the Board of Directors of Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (the "Company") awarded Ronald Kochman, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, a cash bonus of $287,500 and an increase in Mr. Kochman’s base salary from $549,700 to $575,000.
