Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on October 5, 2006, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on October 12, 2006, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2006 ended August 26, 2006. In connection with the announcement, Winnebago Industries will host a conference call on October 12, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. Central time.
