Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 23, 2018, Invacare Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release in which it announced that it will present at investor conferences in New York City on September 12, 2018 and September 13, 2018. The press release also contained information on how investors can access the live webcast of the presentation from each of the investor conferences.
In connection with its participation in the investor conferences and in contemporaneous meetings with individual investors, on September 10, 2018, the Company posted an updated investor presentation on the Company’s website at http://www.invacare.com/investorrelations. The updated investor presentation contains, among other things, information regarding the historical performance of the Company’s operating segments and the Company’s long-term value creation potential. The content of the Company’s website is not incorporated by reference in this Current Report on Form 8-K.
