Planned Retirement of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
On December 6, 2012, Calix, Inc. ("Company”) announced that its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Roger Weingarth, has given notice of his intention to retire from the Company at a date to be announced in 2013. Effective on December 6, 2012, Company President and CEO, Carl Russo assumed management responsibility for those Company executives and functions previously reporting to Mr. Weingarth. Mr. Weingarth will continue to lead the integration of Ericsson's fiber access assets recently acquired by the Company, and will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until the effective date of his retirement.
