Item 7.01.  REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On March 2, 2009, Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Limited (the "Company") announced that David Brown, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the 34th Annual Conference of The Association of Insurance and Financial Analysts (AIFA) at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch, in Scottsdale, Arizona at 2:50pm MST (4:50pm EST) on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009.   The presentation and a live listen-only audio webcast will be available in the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website. www.flagstonere.com. A press release announcing the presentation, and the slides to be included in the presentation, are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this report and incorporated herein by reference. This Form 8-K and Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 hereto are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K and are therefore not to be considered “filed” with the SEC.
