On July 23, 2007, Innovo Group Inc. (the "Company") received written correspondence from Mr. Samuel J. Furrow, Jr. (Jay) indicating that Mr. Jay Furrow was resigning his position as a member of the Company's Board of Directors effective as of that day. Mr. Furrow was not a member of any committees of the Board of Directors. This resignation is not due to any disagreements with management. A copy of the correspondence is attached as Exhibit 17.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and a copy of the press release issued by the Company on July 24, 2007 is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
