On January 12, 2005, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that that new skin sterol data from a study conducted independently at the University of Vienna has been published in the January edition of the Journal of Clinical Chemistry. The information contained in the press release is incorporated herein by reference and filed as Exhibit 99.1.
