Item 8.01 Other Events

Aradigm Corporation (the “Company”) is the debtor in possession in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, Case no. 19-40363. In light of the Company’s financial condition, the Company will not be filing a Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018 and will not be filing any future Form 10Q’s. The Company has and will be filing selected financial information with the bankruptcy court and such information can be obtained from the bankruptcy court.
