ITEM 2.02. | RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION. |
In connection with remarks to be made at the J.P. Morgan 33rd Annual Healthcare Conference in San Francisco on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, beginning at 3:30 p.m. (pacific time), DexCom, Inc. (DexCom) Chief Executive Officer Kevin Sayer will report estimated, unaudited product revenues for DexCom of approximately $84 million for the fourth quarter of 2014, up approximately 24% sequentially from the prior quarter and up approximately 64% from the fourth quarter of 2013. Estimated, unaudited product revenue for fiscal year 2014 was approximately $257 million, up approximately 64% from fiscal year 2013. Mr. Sayer will also disclose that DexComs patient base in the United States grew by more than 50% during fiscal year 2014. Finally, Mr. Sayer will provide an estimated range for DexComs fiscal year 2015 product revenue of $340 million - $360 million.
