The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock and approved an increase from $.31 to $.355 per share, or from $1.24 to $1.42 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend of $.355 per share declared on April 29, 2014, is payable May 30, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 16, 2014.
