On November 25, 2013, OraSure Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reaffirming its consolidated financial guidance for the fourth quarter of 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
