On August 6, 2012, The registrant and Changyou.com Limited (NASDAQ: CYOU), Sohu’s online game subsidiary, made a joint announcement pursuant to and in accordance with Rule 135 (“Rule 135”) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
