Acorn International Announces Resignation of A Director
SHANGHAI, China, April 21, 2010 Acorn International, Inc. (NYSE: ATV) (Acorn or the Company), a leading integrated multi-platform marketing company in China engaged in developing, promoting and selling consumer products through extensive direct and distribution networks, today announced that Mr. Lv Hongbing has resigned from the Companys board of directors due to personal reasons, effective April 19, 2010. Mr. Lv confirmed that there is no disagreement between him and the Company. Mr. Lv Hongbing previously also served on the audit committee of the board with the Company as a member of the audit committee. The company is actively searching for a candidate to fill in the vacancy.
