Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

Bruce G. Fischer has notified Sunoco Partners LLC (the “Company”), general partner of Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”), that he will resign as a director of the Company, effective December 1, 2010. Mr. Fischer had been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since the Partnership’s initial public offering in 2002.

Mr. Fischer’s resignation, which was accepted by the Company on November 2, 2010, was not the result of any disagreement relating to the operations, policies or practices, of either the Company or the Partnership.
