Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release on April 23, 2009 announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of May 2, 2009.
