The Company issued a press release on February 5, 2008 disclosing certain information concerning its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2007 results of operations and financial condition.

Other Events.

The Company issued a press release on January 25, 2008 announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on February 15, 2007 to shareholders of record as of February 4, 2007.
