On October 23, 2007, Charles & Colvard, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2007. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. Management will host a conference call on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 4:45pm EDT to discuss the financial results as well as recent corporate developments. Details on how to participate in the conference call are included in the attached press release.
