Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On March 22, 2007, Shelby Bonnie resigned from his position as a director of CNET Networks, Inc. Mr. Bonnie’s resignation is effective as of March 22, 2007.
