Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws

 

On August 11, 2005, our Board of Directors unanimously voted to amend the Company’s Restated Bylaws to decrease the number of directors on the Company’s Board of Directors to eight. A copy of our Amended and Restated Bylaws is attached as Exhibit 3.1 to the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10Q, filed August 12, 2005.
