Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 26, 2005, NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004. That press release, dated January 26, 2005, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
