Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On January 12, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing that James Green, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President, intends to retire upon the hiring of his replacement. James Green announced his intent to the Board of Directors on January 6, 2005. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by this reference.
