TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED

 

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. (TSMC) (“the Company”) (TAIEX: 2330, NYSE: TSM) today announced that it has received approval from the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, which allows the Company to relocate part of its eight-inch wafer equipment to its subsidiary, TSMC (Shanghai) Company Limited, in mainland China.
