ITEM 2.01 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On March 30, 2005, Isramco, Inc. issued a press release reporting its
financial results for the year ended December 31, 2004. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
