(1) | On November 27, 2002, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 73,670 shares of common stock. The options vest in four equal annual installments based on the Issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years 2003 through 2006. The performance criteria for 2004 were met and confirmed as of March 16, 2005, resulting in the vesting of 18,418 options. |
