G. Willi-Food International Ltd. (NASDAQ: WILC) (the “Company” or “Willi-Food”), a global company that specializes in the development, marketing and international distribution of kosher foods, has been informed that the scheduled closing of the contemplated transaction between Israel 18 B.V., the Company's indirect controlling shareholder, and a private company ,held by Messrs. Aharon Bloom and Moshe Potash, referred to in the Company's Form 6-K submitted on February 3, 2015, has been postponed to no later than February 24, 2015.
