CHECK POINT CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER EYAL DESHEH TO JOIN TEVA
PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES BY MID-2008

TEL AVIV, Israel – October 30, 2007 – Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that Eyal Desheh will leave the company by mid-2008 after eight years as Check Point’s chief financial officer. Mr. Desheh has accepted the position of chief financial officer of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., one of the world’s leading generic pharmaceutical companies and Israel’s largest company.

        Mr. Desheh is expected to remain at Check Point until the second quarter of 2008 in order to facilitate a smooth and orderly transition.
