Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (the "Company") is filing this Form 8-K/A
to correct a filing error to the Company's Form 8-K, filed on February 2, 2005,
which announced that the webcast and slides used in the presentation given by
Kenneth B. Gilman, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, on
February 1, 2005 at the JP Morgan Annual High Yield Conference, will be
available on the Company's website at www.asburyauto.com through February 16,
2005. Only the slides from this presentation will be available on the Company's
website through February 16, 2005; a webcast of the presentation will not be
available.
