BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES RENEWAL OF THE TERM OF THE PROGRAM OF SENIOR AND SUBORDINATED NOTES

 

Medellín, Colombia, August 12, 2015

 

Bancolombia S.A. announces that it has received a communication from the Superintendency of Finance of Colombia, dated August 10, 2015, informing of the renewal in the National Registry of Securities and Issuers (Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores – RNVE) of the term of the program of senior and subordinated notes of up to an aggregate principal amount of three billion pesos that may be offered in the Colombian market, which was initially established in 2012. Consequently, the new term of the program will be valid until August 10, 2018.

 

The extension of the program will allow Bancolombia to keep this funding source available for the next 3 years in the event it decides to obtain resources in the Colombian securities market, and use the proceeds for its business.
