Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On March 12, 2009, Micromet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2008. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
