Wuhan General Group (China), Inc. (the “Company”) plans to meet with members of the financial community in the United States over the next several weeks. In addition, the Company's management plans to speak at upcoming investor conferences. In connection with these meetings and conferences, the Company will use the presentation furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated by reference into Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
