On October 9, 2007, Investors Bancorp, Inc. announced that their 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at The Murray Hill Inn, 535 Central Avenue, New Providence, New Jersey 07094, on November 20, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., local time. The Company’s Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 29, 2007, had previously disclosed the Annual Meeting was to be held on October 23, 2007.
