On April 27, 2007, AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. issued a press release announcing its acquisition, through a subsidiary, of 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of IGI Group, Ltd., a United Kingdom specialty insurer. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference to this Item 7.01 as if fully set forth herein.
