Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On April 26, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing net income of $32.5 million, or $0.91 per share, for the three-month period ended March 31, 2007, compared to $26.2 million, or $0.78 per share, for the three months ended March 31, 2006. Income from continuing operations was $32.5 million, or $0.91 per share, for the three-month period ended March 31, 2007, compared to $18.6 million, or $0.55 per share, for the same period ended March 31, 2006.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
