Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated November 29, 2013 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
 
 
 

By letter dated November 29, 2013, the Company informed that it has signed a loan with Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. ("Cresud") for up to the sum of USD 26,500,000 for a period of 180 days at a rate of 1.5% (Annual Nominal Rate) in which Cresud is the lender and the Company is the borrower. The Audit Committee has no objections towards this transaction.
