The option vests in three equal installments based on FIS's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the calendar years ending December 31, 2016, 2017, 2018. Based on FIS's Annual Report on Form 10-K filed on February 21, 2019, the Compensation Committee of FIS determined that the performance criteria for 2018 had been met, resulting in vesting of the option as to 3,866 shares. |
